How do I become a patient?
You have 2 options. You can fill out the new patient form, and you will be contacted within 1 business day to schedule your session. Or you can call/text to set up a free 15-minute call to answer your questions.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. You should still keep your major medical coverage.
Do you work with children?
Yes. We work with all ages. It is still recommended to keep your child’s PCP.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Fill out the packet that is emailed to you. You may type directly on to the form or print it and scan it back to us (high quality iphone pictures will work as a scan as well).
What can I expect at my appointment?
After reviewing the packet of your health history and symptom inventory, so she has an idea of your unique contributors to health, she will want to hear you tell your story. She will present her work-up, which will involve diagnostic testing. It will include some initial recommendations that can be given based on your symptoms before lab results are available. Included in the 90-minute consultation is a 25-minute follow-up call to review the results and the specific supplement protocol based on the lab results.
When do I pay for services?
You pay prior to the appointment. We can take care of payment through PayPal, VenMo, Square Up at the start of the session.
Do I still need to see my Primary Care Provider?
I do still recommend that you keep a PCP as I do not always have same-day availability and diagnostics for acute concerns. If you have regular appointments with me (every 3-4 months depending on the condition) I am willing to take over some prescription medications.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, with a full refund. Please call with extenuating circumstances, and your cost will be not be forfeited if you re-book.
Where does testing take place?
We use a service called Rupa Health to collect most labs. The lab kit will be mailed to your home with instructions for local lab-draw sites. These include quest, lab corp and private labs. Rupa works with labs to set up a contract. You will not be charged additionally by the lab.
